We are incredibly grateful to Marcos Agrelli for capturing our engagement and wedding days. His warm and friendly demeanor created a relaxed atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy each moment without stress. His professionalism and genuine care made the experience truly memorable.
We were amazed by the beautifully taken and perfectly lit photos. Marcos’s talent for capturing the essence of love and happiness in every shot was remarkable.
What stood out most was his accessibility and communicative nature. He became a part of our story, answering questions and sharing our excitement. He didn’t just take pictures; he helped us create a lasting memory.
Thank you, Marcos, for your incredible talent, kindness, and turning our moments into timeless treasures.

Then another friend saw the photos and promptly hired me for her wedding and so it went... hundreds of weddings all over Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, among other places and even in Brazil. Until I moved to Northern Virginia in 2019 and before I started taking on new clients here came the Covid-19 pandemic. 17 years of turning dreams into memories, the dreams of brides and grooms who have found their soul mate into moments that are recorded and saved for all to see and rejoice in.

My photos are all about recording the perfect moment when the bride and groom transform the environment, making it special, magical and unique.
My main focus is Wedding, but I believe that for a good Wedding Photos session it is extremely important to have a Pre-Wedding session or also known as Engagement. That's why I think Wedding and engagement would be the best definition for this area of photography.
I always think about my definition of Create, in other words, I try to see what everyone else has seen and think about what no one else has thought about.

A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.

I have great respect and admiration for marriage. Not just in the sacred, religious sense, where two people become one, but socially, economically, physically? They are two totally different people (usually) who have mutually decided to share EVERYTHING: house, bedroom, bed, sofa, fridge, car, water, coffee, snacks, dinner...
When I meet the couple to get to know them and to set the dates, colors, plans... I keep imagining how special and satisfying it will be to see that beautiful bride walk up the aisle and meet her prince.
The wedding day is the start of a great journey, but it's also the climax of years of planning, adjustments and tuning in.

I think of a wedding like tuning in to Radio Amor 100FM, where you gradually find your perfect station. You go through 10, 20, 50, 70, 90, 95, get to 98, 99 and realize that the music is still mixed with noise, you're almost there. Finally he reaches station 100, where the music is perfect, noise-free and ready to fulfill its purpose of bringing us satisfaction when we listen to it.

Everything related to the world of weddings enchants me. From the bride's dress, which took hours, days, hunches, ideas and choices to arrive at the perfect dress. For this reason, my mission at the wedding is to help ensure that the perfect harmony continues and that I can record the best moments, the ideal angles, the perfect light so that creativity can flourish naturally, generating images that are simply fantastic. “A picture is worth a thousand words.

Hello there,

I'M MARCOS AGRELLI

Christian, husband of Sandra, father of Israel, Brazilian, but living in Northern Virginia. I have a degree in Physical Education, but my passion for photography goes back to when I was a Senior in High School.
I've always enjoyed photographing people, Landscape and Sports and in 2002 I met someone who did a lot of traditional weddings in party houses and asked me if I would like to be his assistant and I accepted. I've photographed hundreds of weddings in all kinds of formats: traditional, photojournalistic, modern... but it was in 2005 that a friend asked me if I could photograph her wedding and I promptly said YES!
